A health point is a half of the heart so if the food has about 6 health points it will give out 3 hearts in total.
A hunger point is half a hunger bar. So if the hunger point value is 6 it is also 3 hunger bars.
Sus Stew is currently untouched due to lots of sus stew variants.
Now here is all the food has been touched!
The first food that will give health is bread
Bread will restore 3 hearts.
It is one of the best food types out of them all.
This food is a normal food type.
The 2nd food that has health points is Cooked Beef.
This will restore 7 hearts. This food is a Good Food Type. This is matching the porkchop and
gives 12 health points.
The 3rd food type is Cooked Porkchop
This will restore 12 health points same as the cooked beef
This is a Good food type and is one of the best food to give health.
A cooked porkchop is a really good food obtainable from pigs. This will give out 12 health points.
The 4th food type is Cooked Chicken. This food will give 4 hearts. It is a normal food type to give health.
The 5th food type is Baked Potato this will restore 4 hearts.
This is a normal food type. It is obtainable by getting potatos and putting them inside of a furnace.
The 6th food type is Mushroom Stew This is a normal food type.
The mushroom stew will give about 3 hearts and for now it will be stackable of 64
This will give 6 health points and 3 Hearts
The next food type is cooked rabbit
It is a normal food type
The cooked rabbit is obtainable from killing rabbits and cooking them up.
The cooked rabbit will be able to get 7 health points which is 4 hearts in total.
The Next Food type is Cooked Cod It is a normal food type restoring 6 health points which is 3 hearts
The cod is obtainable from fishing or killing them in lakes or ocean.
Aswell as Salmon will restore 3 hearts but is a Good Food Type
Salmon will give more Hunger Points than the cod since it is a good food type.
But they will give the same amount of health points of 6 health points
Rabbit Stew will give 3 hearts it is a average food! This will give 6 health points and 3 hearts in total which is very simular to salmon and cod
Normal Food type
Golden Carrots will restore 13 health points
Which is a supernatural food type which means this is the best out of all of them.
